Kowa BDII XD 6.5x32 Prominar

Kowa’s BD II XD series combine XD lenses and phase and C3 coatings on the Schmidt-Pechan prism systems to provide very high light transmission with minimal chromatic aberration. The 6.5x32 BD II XD is a new configuration for the series. Why “only” 6.5x magnification, you ask? There are three good reasons. First, a super-wide find-and-follow-anything 525’ field of view. Secondly, the 4.92 mm exit pupil gives nearly the brightness of an 8x42 in low light. And third, the lower magnification means that for most viewers image shake nearly disappears, so you can pay attention to the details instead. This is a sweet handful of Kowa quality.
