Vortex Razor HD 65mm w/22-48x
The mid-size in Vortex's top spotting scope line, the Vortex Razor HD 22-48x65 mm is also a contender in the middle price range of spotting scopes. The 65 mm size offers near 80 mm-class performance but in a lower weight and more compact format. Of course, the Argon-filled O-ring sealed body is fog proof and waterproof, and sports a slide-out sunshade, rotating tripod ring, and multi-step twist-up eye cups. But certainly, the real measure is the view. With extra-low dispersion HD objective and index matched lens system, it offers colors and clarity on par with the Nikon Monarch 60 ED w/16-48x MEP, Zeiss Gavia 30-60x85, and Opticron MM4 77 GA ED 18-54x.
