The Terra Station can enhance your enjoyment and knowledge of the birds in your yard. Terra's powerfull mcrophones can capture calls hundreds of feet above your backyard with perfect clarity.  Built-in Bluetooth and WiFi connects to your home WiFi via the free Terra App, which allows live audio streaming from your yard, and can provide real-time ID of birds and other wildlife!

You can also connect to a growing network of public sites to steam sounds of wildlife from other locations, eventually from around the world.  The Terra Station can also detect radio tagged birds and butterflies, which can help turn your backyard into a strategic waypoint in the first global bio-acoustic monitoring system dedicated to conservation.  

The current model's low-voltage power cable plugs into your outside outlet so there's no replacing batteries.  It can be mounted in a yard, garden, wall or roof.  In the near future there will be optional environmental sensors which can monitor temperature and soil moisture.
