Leica's 8x42 Ultravid HD-PLUS steps up their already great predecessors with Schott HT glass for even better low-light performance. Improved plasma applied coatings provide exceptional clarity, contrast, and color. The 42 mm HD-PLUS models are almost as compact as the 32 mm models, allowing comfortable and ergonomic handling and a steady grip. A functional 389-foot field of view, 9.8-foot close focus, and durable magnesium alloy body waterproof up to 16.5 feet add up to a superb binocular that can last a lifetime at hundreds less than the flagship models.
