Leica Ultravid HD Plus 8x32
The Leica Ultravid HD Plus 8x32 does what nobody even knew they needed doing: it improves upon the Ultravid HD series. Newly engineered coatings and Schott HT Glass offer higher light transmission and bright, true color, high contrast images. Aqua-Dura coatings allow the lenses to shed water like a ducks’ back. The HD Plus 32 mm models are compact, allowing comfortable, ergonomic handling and a steady grip even for small hand. A 52-74 mm IPD range fits the bill for nearly everyone. They provide an expansive, 404’ field of view (@ 1000 yards) and go from 7.2 feet to infinity in 1.25 turns of the focus wheel. This glass has many devoted users for good reason! [Caveat: The 13.3 mm eye relief may be bit short for some eyeglass wearers.]
