Vortex Diamondback 80mm w/20-60x

The Diamondback 80mm 20x-60x spotting scope is the largest edition in Vortex's entry level spotting scope line. The 80mm objective provides a brighter image than the 60mm version throughout the zoom range but offers good value in a barely three-pound package. Waterproof and fog proof and comes with custom-fitted neoprene case. Excellent image quality from 20x to 40x, where you will be viewing most of the time. You may read reviews that the image degrades a bit as you approach 60x but to be fair that is true of nearly all scopes in the prices range.
