SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of optics (binoculars, scope or eyepiece) via standard UPS ground within the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipped throughout New Jersey, Philadelphia and its suburbs, DE, eastern MD, and the New York City area are typically delivered the next day (rarely the 2nd day); VA to MA and western PA usually two days (but up to three) days; from the deep south and mountain states to the west coast, four to seven days.   

Other shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority mail are billed at actual costs. In-stock orders placed after 1:00 p.m. may be handled the next business day. Please call for pricing on other shipping options and for orders outside of the contiguous 48 states. Because of customs duties and high shipping costs, ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS TO CANADA OR OVERSEAS MUST BE PLACED BY PHONE, and will be billed ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS. THEREFORE WE CANNOT ACCEPT SUCH ORDERS on FEO. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FeatherEdge Optics. If for some reason you would like to return an item to us for a refund or exchange you have 14 days to return the product, in new condition with all manufacturer packaging and inserts, for a full refund, minus any shipping charges.

To qualify for a return the item must be in new condition with all of the original manufacturer packaging, all accessories and inserts (including the original, unmarked warranty card). Call and speak to a sales associate to receive your return authorization. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Used and Trade-In Optics: Some refurbished instruments come with a limited factory warranty, or a fully transferable warranty; any such warranty will be included with qualifying purchases.  

AUTHORIZED DEALER

CMBO is an authorized dealer of all the companies’ products that we carry and sell to you, our customer. We receive the products directly from the manufacturer. Additionally, we inspect the contents of each binocular at the time of sale to ensure that all accessaoris are accounted for and the optics function as they should. 

We enclose a copy of our “10 Point Binocular Check” Evaluation Certificate with every binocular purchase. Not all glass is created equal; even new out of the box, we have found that optics can be out of alignment or just not as clear as they should be. That is why we test each pair before we send it off to you.  Our evaluation process ensures that you are purchasing the highest quality optics we can offer.
