Product Overview

Celestron Trailseeker 8x32

Celestron's trailseeker series provides a step up from the entry level Nature DX, but still at prices that won't break the bank. They offer more than you would expect; yes, of course waterproof and fog proof construction, objective and ocular covers, case, strap, and microfiber lens cloth. A magnesium alloy chassis at 16 ounces is unexpected at only $229.95, as is a 6.5-foot close focus and an excellent 409-foot field of view. The phase-coated BaK-4 prisms increase light transmission enough that, to my eyes, the 8x32 Trailseeker seems brighter and sharper than the 8x42 Nature DX. It’s worth a look if you’re in the market for a compact binocular.
