RETURNS/EXCHANGES We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FeatherEdge Optics. If for some reason you would like to return an item to us for a refund or exchange you have 14 days to return the product, in new condition with all manufacturer packaging and inserts, for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. To qualify for a return the item must be in new condition with all of the original manufacturer packaging, all accessories and inserts (including the original, unmarked warranty card). Call and speak to a sales associate to receive your return authorization number. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. Used and Trade-In Optics: Some refurbished instruments come with a limited factory warranty; any such warranty will be included with qualifying purchases. All used instruments hold a 30 day warranty against defect. There is no restocking charge for un-abused used or refurbished instruments returned within 10 days of the date of sale; a $50 restocking charge applies to un-abused used or refurbished instruments returned within 10 to 30 days of purchase. We enclose a copy of our “10 Point Binocular Check” Evaluation Certificate with every optics purchase. Not all glass is created equal; even new out of the box, we have found that optics can be out of alignment or just not as clear as they should be. That is why we test each pair before we send it off to you. Our evaluation process ensures that you are purchasing the highest quality optics we can offer.
